Stor-n-lok Warehouses, Inc. purchased three self storage facilities in Portland, OR from Stor-room Mini Storage LLC in three separate transactions that closed the same day for a total $11.125 million, averaging about $81 per square foot.
The three properties are:
- 4534 SE 17th Ave., a 59,661-square-foot industrial facility built in 1990 on 1.8 acres in Portland that sold for $6,188,072.
- 24635 SE. Stark St., a 48,004-square-foot industrial facility built in 1991 on 2.5 acres in Gresham, OR that sold for $3,050,000.
- 1900 NE 181st Ave., a 30,400-square-foot industrial facility built in 1965 on 1.3 acres in Portland that sold for $1,886,928.
