Stitch Fix Tailors HQ Space, Expands by 39,000 SF at One Montgomery Tower

Personal Shopping Service to Now Occupy 134,000 SF at Downtown San Francisco High-Rise
February 9, 2018
Stitch Fix, an online personal stylist service, has amended its headquarters lease at One Montgomery Tower, expanding its corporate office space in the downtown San Francisco high-rise by 39,000 square feet for a total of 134,000 square feet across seven floors in the building. The existing lease term was extended 4.5 years to match the 10-year term for the expansion space.

Located in the Financial District, the Post Montgomery Center building measures 753,000 square feet over 38 stories. It was constructed in 1982 as part of the Post Montgomery Center development located adjacent to the Union Square shopping district. Other tenants include LinkedIn and OpenTable.

Representatives with JLL negotiated the expansion on behalf of the property owner.
