Steward Health Care Relocating Corporate HQ to Dallas

Private Hospital Operator to Shift Offices from Boston to 66,828 SF at Brand New 1900 Pearl Tower
February 23, 2018
The largest private hospital operator in the U.S. is moving its headquarters to downtown Dallas.

Steward Health Care System, which operates 36 community hospitals in 10 states, signed a 15-year lease for 66,828 square feet at the brand new 1900 N. Pearl St. tower in the Dallas Arts District. The organization will relocate from Boston to the top three floors of the 25-story, 261,400-square-foot high-rise in June.

Lincoln Property Co. completed development last month on the Class A high-rise. Designed by local firm HKS, Inc., the tower features 22,000-square-foot floor plates, an amenity deck, two dining options, a fitness center and nearly 10,000 square feet of retail space.

Steward Health Care will be joined at 1900 Pearl by law firm Baker McKenzie, which agreed to a 15-year prelease back in late 2016 for 54,152 square feet in the building.

Jake Young and Worthey Wiles of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord in-house, while Matt Craft, also of Lincoln, represented Steward Health Care.
