Aarons Furniture purchased the retail building at 11803 SE Mill Plain Blvd. in Vancouver, WA from Sterling Financial Corporation for $1.5 million, or about $56 per square foot.
The 26,500-square-foot building was constructed in 1999 and is in the Cascade Park submarket. It was vacant at the time of sale. Aaron’s plans to occupy about half of the building, and lease out the remaining space.
