State Farm, the nation's largest property and casualty insurance company, will open a 434,513-square-foot customer service center at the Perimeter Center in Atlanta, GA. Approximately 500 employees will occupy 107,814 square feet at 66 Perimeter Center East and 326,699 square feet at 64 Perimeter Center East.
The two properties are both in the Central Perimeter submarket. The eight-story, 199,000-square-foot
office building at 66 Perimeter Center is on 11.99 acres and was constructed in 1971. The 15-story, 381,432-square-foot office structure at 64 Perimeter Center is on 5.4 acres and was built in 1985. Rubenstein Partners LP is the owner.
Andy Sumlin, Aileen Almassy, Lisa Dunavin and Caroline Nolen with Cushman & Wakefield were the landlord representatives. No tenant representative was reported.
