Standard Parking Corp., a company specializing in parking management services, signed a 12-year lease for 40,793 square feet at the Aon Center in downtown Chicago. It is set to move in the fourth quarter of next year.
The Aon Center is a 2.5 million-square-foot, Class A office property at 200 E Randolph St. owned and operated by Piedmont Office Realty Trust. Standard Parking will occupy the entire 77th floor as well as
office space on the 54th floor. It will also operate the 800-space parking garage within the building.
Kyle Karmin and Todd Lippman of CBRE represented Standard Parking. Steve Smith and Michael Curran represented the landlord.
