Waterstone Capital LLC acquired the Springtree Center, a 46,760 square-foot retail center in Sunrise, Florida from Springtree LLC for $3.475 million, or about $74 per-square-foot.
The retail center delivered in 1978 is located at 8027 West Oakland Park Boulevard in Sunrise. The center is situated on two major thoroughfares in Broward County, the intersection of W. Oakland Blvd. and University Dr. The center was 32% occupied at the time of closing. Major tenants include Mattress Giant and CCS Financial Services.
