Alex Spilger has joined Cassidy Turley's project and development services team as a senior vice president. In this role, Spilger will lead the firm's Northern California sustainability practice, including managing LEED projects and various energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
Spilger currently serves as president and founder of GreenStep, an educational firm based in Fairfax, CA that has led more than 300 green building workshops while building partnerships with local USGBC chapters. He has worked on more than 75 green building projects, managing LEED processes for clients like Google, Skype, Salesforce.com, and the Wharton School of Business.

Spilger is an active member of USGBC-NCC and serves on the San Francisco Mayor's task force for green leasing. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, certified green building professional, and an AIA continuing education provider. Spilger received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from UCLA.
