Hogan Lovells leased 47,508 square feet at Brickell World Plaza in the Brickell submarket. The landlord was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.
Right Space Management leased 24,575 square feet at UM Life Science & Technology Park in Miami. The landlord was represented by SQFT Capital Advisors.
Banco de Credito e Inversiones leased 22,567 square feet at Southeast Financial Center in Downtown Miami. Campbell Real Estate Advisory Group represented the tenant, while Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.
Earlier this year, NCL Corporation Ltd. renewed its 198,583-square-foot lease at the Airport Corporate Center in the Miami Airport submarket. The landlord was represented by Hines.
Also earlier this year, the Miami Herald Media Company leased 158,266 square feet at the Doral Operations Center in the Miami Airport submarket. Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the tenant, while Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.
