Walton Street Capital LLC and Greenlaw Partners have acquired the South Bay Corporate Center at 401 Mile of Cars Way in National City, CA for $16.6 million, or about $84 per square foot, from Textron Financial Corporation.
The three-story, 198,198-square-foot office building
was constructed in 1983 on 11.2 acres in San Diego County. The building offers freeway visibility with signage, seven loading bays, and multiple security features.
Tony Russell with Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc. represented the buyer. Russell, along with Phil Linton at Cassidy Turley San Diego, represented the seller.
