Singerman Real Estate, a Chicago-based property investment company, acquired three of the office and retail buildings at the Marketplace at Lake Boone from Brookfield Office Properties, Inc., for $15.5 million, or about $204 per square foot.
The buildings, located at 4025 and 4035 Lake Boone Trail and 2245 Gateway Access Point in Raleigh, NC, total 76,026 square feet and delivered in 2008. At the time of sale, the properties were about 90 percent leased.
Ben Kilgore of CBRE Raleigh represented the seller, while the buyer represented themselves.
