Diana Rau Siegal joined Handler Real Estate Organization as senior managing director in the firm's New York City office.
Siegal will focus on representing publishing and media firms, educational facilities and not-for-profit organizations, among other commercial transactions in NYC. She was previously at First New York Realty for two decades, where she worked as both a tenant leasing agent representative and a building sales agent, most recently serving as senior director. Siegal represented the legendary Stella Adler Acting Studios in a 24,000-square-foot lease expansion and renewal at 31 W. 27th St.
Siegal was nominated for the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY)'s "Most Ingenious Deal of the Year" award for a targeted marketing campaign that led to the sale of 10 commercial condominium floors at 36 W. 44th St. She's an active member of the Business Advisory Board of the Young Adult Institute Network and serves on the REBNY's Midtown West, Plaza District, and Grand Central committees.
