Shorenstein Properties LLC acquired the 33 South Sixth
office building in Minneapolis, MN for $205.5 million, or about $153 per square foot, from Brookfield Office Properties, Inc. (NYSE:
BPO).
The 50-story, 1.35 million-square-foot, class A office building, which was delivered in 1983 and renovated in 2005, is located at 33 S 6th Street at Minneapolis City Center. Target Corp. anchors the building with 72 percent of the
office space. The deal also included a 687-space parking garage.
Eastdil Secured handled the sale for Brookfield. Shorenstein was represented in-house.
