Shops at Fossil Creek Property Sells for $2.7 Million

Resolute Investments Inc. acquired The Shops at Fossil Creek at 100 W. Troutman Parkway in Fort Collins, CO, from DPC Development Co. for $2.65 million or $396 per square foot.

The one-story, 6,695-square-foot retail building was built last year. The property was fully leased at the time of sale by TCBY, Tokyo Joe’s and Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill.

Brad Lyons and Matt Henrichs with CBRE represented the seller. The buyer did not have a broker.
