Lancaster Realty, Inc., has purchased the Bealls Plaza from JLM Financial Investments 3 LLC for $4.9 million, or approximately $66 per square foot.
The Bealls Plaza was delivered in 1981 and is situated on Homestead Rd in Lehigh Acres. The plaza totals nearly 75,000 square feet of commercial
retail space and is anchored by Bealls Dept. Stores. The property transferred with a 10% cap rate.
James Medefind and Mike Jaworski represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer did not have representation.
