Shoe Carnival, headquartered in Evansville, IN, signed a lease for 25,032 square feet in the Southport Plaza at 7565 US Hwy 31 S. in Indianapolis.
The single-story retail plaza totals 94,000 square feet and is managed by Cassidy Turley. Other tenants include PETCO, Kittle's Southport Express, and American Mattress. Shoe Carnival will join them in the second quarter of 2013.
Bob Byrne of Edge Development represented the tenant. William French of Cassidy Turley represented the landlord, Southport Plaza LLC.
