Michael McDermott (below) and Noah Shlaes (right) joined Global Corporate Services, part of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, as director and senior managing director, respectively.
Shlaes previously worked at Grubb & Ellis as the managing director of the strategic consulting group. Before that, he worked at Arthur Anderson as the director of corporate real estate services.
With more than 25 years of
commercial real estate experience, Shlaes has experience in international banks, manufacturing companies and universities.
McDermott, who will move into the position of director, is also a former Grubb broker. His specialties include client location analysis, incentives research and negotiation, and multi-industry portfolio analysis.
