J.E. Robert Companies sold 10.7 acres in San Ysidro to The Shamrock Group LLC for $4.55 million. The land is located on the northwest corner of Virginia Ave. and the US border, just south of Camino de la Plaza. This property is immediately adjacent to the Las Americas Premium Outlets.
The land has approved plans for a 133,200-sqaure-foot outlet shopping center. The proposed center has been named Outlets at the Border.
