Sentosa Care Secures $27M HUD-Insured Loan for Health Care Building in Schenectady

Greystone Arranges Financing for Pathways Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Sentosa Care, an organization formed to service and assist affiliated nursing facilities, secured a nearly $27.05 million HUD-insured permanent loan to refinance Pathways Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Schenectady, NY.

Fred Levine, managing director of Greystone, arranged the long-term FHA financing, which carries a 30-year term at a low, fixed rate. Sentosa Care will invest significant capital to upgrade the property’s amenities and will construct a newly planned vent unit.

Pathways Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 112-bed facility that provides on-site medical and rehabilitation treatments to optimize recovery for sub-acute, ventilator-dependent and pediatric patients. The 72,500-square-foot, two-story healthcare complex delivered in 1989 on seven acres at 1805 Providence Ave. in Mohawk Valley. It features an on-site salon, private dining space and newly-renovated grand dining area and contains 115 parking spaces.
