Michael H. Sell, manager of the investment services group at Grant Street Associates, Inc., has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.
He passed the comprehensive examination after completion of the graduate-level curriculum encompassing financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis. Sell's professional experience has more than satisfied the required level of qualifying experience.
The CCIM designation is awarded to recognized experts in
commercial real estate. Since 1969, the Chicago-based CCIM Institute has conferred the designation to more than 9,000 CCIMs in 1,000 markets throughout the United States, Canada, and 30 countries, with an additional 6,000 practitioners pursuing the designation.
