Self Storage Facility Sells for $1.075 Mil.

Out-of-State Acquires Cleveland Property

Wisconsin based management company Wolf River Partners acquired the property at 3815 Clark Ave. in Cleveland from CRZ3 LLC for $1.075 million or $30.71 per square foot.

The 35,000-square-foot, Class C self-storage building was constructed in 1926 and is in the Downtown South industrial submarket.

George Henshaw of Transaction Realty represented the seller and Rocco Neri of RESG Companies in Chicago represented the buyer.
