Self-Storage Complex Sells for $2.7M

Cutting Edge Self Storage Management acquired the American Systems Mini Storage property in Salt Lake City from Joan R. Davis for $2.73 million.

The 34,713-square-foot self-storage property was built in 1976. It is at 4591 Commerce Drive in the South Valley Industrial submarket.

Marc Handley of NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Randy Ross of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the seller.
