Access Self Storage acquired 21 Raritan Road in Oakland, NJ, from Oakland Self Storage for $3.95 million, or $132 per square foot. The business value for Oakland Self Storage was included in the sale price.
The 30,000-square-foot self-storage building was built in 2006 in the Northwest Bergen Industrial submarket.
An undisclosed broker represented the seller. The buyer did not have representation in the deal.
