Select Income REIT Pays $12M for Chelmsford Office

Select Income REIT completed its acquisition of a 110,882-square-foot office building in Chelmsford, MA, from Boston Properties Inc. for $12.2 million or $110 per square foot.

Built in 1984, the two-story asset at 300 Billerica Road is part of Altid Business Park. Kronos fully occupies the property.
