SecurCare Self-Storage acquired four Oklahoma City-area self-storage locations, which were being operated as A-Plus Mini Storage, for $12.95 million from Sassan Moghadam, the original developer of the properties.
The following properties were included in the sale:
2430 12th Avenue NE in Norman, a 49,700-square-foot facility totaling 387 units. In addition the property includes a cell tower with one tenant paying $1,000 per month. 1001 SW 19th Street in Moore, a 90,770-square-foot facility totaling 598 units. In addition the property includes a cell tower with two tenants paying $1,000 and $500 per month for a total annual rent of $18,000. 2002 Research Park Blvd. in Norman, a 57,025-square-foot facility with 311 units. 4650 W. Main St. in Norman, a 55,925 square foot facility which includes 421 units.
Micah Alcorn and Charles Nicholson of Domain Commercial LLC represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer used in-house representation.
