Thomas & Thomas Real Estate Co. LLC acquired Saturn of Raleigh at 3601 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd. in Durham, NC, from ElPark Inc. for $1.35 million or $102 per square foot.
The two-story, 15,049-square-foot, Class B retail building was built in 1986 and is in the South Durham submarket.
