D.R. Stephens & Co. Pays $4.2M
D.R. Stephens & Company purchased the 25,920-square-foot flex building at 2945 San Ysidro Way in Santa Clara, CA from Renault & Handley Employees Investment Company for $4.2 million, or about $162 per square foot.
The flex building was constructed in 1974 in the East Arques submarket of Santa Clara County. It features two drive-in bays, 14-foot ceiling heights, and 1,800-amp heavy power.
This direct sale was an investment deal and was never listed on the market. The parties involved in this transaction were both represented in-house.
