Independence Bank purchased 32291 Camino Capistrano in San Juan Capistrano, CA, from Donahue Schriber Realty Group LP for $1.2 million, or about $282 per square foot.
The 4,250-square-foot building, built in 1981, is part of the Plaza del Rio shopping center. The building was previously occupied by Washington Mutual Bank, but was vacant at the time of sale.
Terry Bortnick and Daniel Firtel with Agent Retail Advisors represented the seller, while Philip Anshutz with Hensley Realty Corp. represented the buyer.
