Los Angeles-based FAAST Leasing LLC has purchased the 34,523-square-foot industrial building at 1048 Cudahy Pl. in San Diego, CA for $2,735,000, or about $79 per square foot.
The warehouse sits on two parcels totaling 1.3 acres in the Rose Canyon/Morena submarket. It features seven loading docks, 2,000 square feet of
office space, and a fenced lot.
The buyer, doing business as Video Equipment Rentals, will occupy the building in the 4th quarter of 2011, moving from its current San Diego location on Hancock St. VER is a provider of video, audio and lighting equipment. The company has locations nationwide as well as in Canada and Europe.
Mark Lewkowitz and Tim Mills of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer and the seller, Levine Investments LP.
