Transfer Online to Occupy 2nd Floor of 18,000-SF Office Bldg.
Grand & Salmon LLC purchased the Samrose Design Center in Portland, OR, for $2.65 million, or $147 per square foot, from Samrose Design Center LLC.
The 18,000-square-foot office building at 1210-1230 SE Grand Ave. was built in 1926 in Southeast Close-In submarket. The buyer plans to occupy 9,000 square feet on the second floor, doing business as Transfer Online.
