Villa Hartnell Apts. Trade for Nearly $1.5 Million
Aquilera Elodia Living Trust sold 605 Hartnell St. in Salinas, CA, to Peter and Grace Wang for $1.45 million, or about $90,625 per unit.
The 14,290-square-foot, 16-unit multifamily building was constructed in 1961 on a 0.64-acre lot in the Salinas submarket. The Villa Hartnell Apartments community is comprised of 12 single-bedroom homes and four two-bedroom units. The complex was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Wylie Mitchell and Josh Jones of Cassidy Turley represented the seller. Geoff Ball of Ball, Geoff and Associates represented the buyer.
