The 28-story West 8th building totals 497,798 square feet and is located in Seattle's emerging North CBD neighborhood. Touchstone Corp. developed the property in 2009 which is co-owned by Prudential Real Estate Investors.
Salesforce.com joins tenants who have signed leases in 2010 at West 8th, including Casey Family Programs and Seattle Children's Research Institute.
