Saddleback Financial Center Sold for $15.9M

73,000-SF Office Building in Laguna Hills Changes Hands

Laurus Corporation acquired the Saddleback Financial Center office building at 24012 Calle de la Plata in Laguna Hills, CA for $15.9 million, or about $218 per square foot, from True North Management Group.

The 72,928-square-foot office building located next to a hospital. The buyer plans to renovate the asset for medical and professional tenants.

Evan Kovac, Andrew Milne, Trent Jemmett, Derreck Barker and Ryan Gallagher of HFF represented the seller. The buyer handled the deal in-house.
