SEV Management Sells Clearwater Walgreens for $13.1M

Sauma Properties Buys Revamped Drug Store

Sauma Properties of Clearwater Beach LLC acquired the two-story Walgreens at 400 E. Shore Dr. in Clearwater Beach, FL from SEV Management, Inc. for $13.05 million, or about $568 per square foot.

The 22,988-square-foot, freestanding retail property was built in 2013, located one block from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. It boasts a number of new features including an expanded pharmacy, increased health care services and 24-hour access.

"This is truly a world-class property, the volume of sales at this location is tremendous and a true testament to the site," said Brandon Hanna with Encore Real Estate Investment Services. "Located at the corner of Poinsettia Avenue and Causeway Boulevard, it’s the first stop after you get off the bridge from Clearwater to America’s Favorite Clearwater Beach."

Brandon Hanna, Brent Hanna and Ryan Vinco of Encore represented the seller in the deal. Brandon Hanna and Brent Hanna represented the buyer as well.
