Joshua Rutter has joined Compass Commercial Real Estate
as a regional property manager with the firm's asset / property management division in Bend, OR.
Rutter previously managed 15 property ownerships throughout the Portland, Vancouver, and Bend submarkets while working for NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson. During his eight years with SIMA Management Corporation in Santa Barbara, CA, Rutter worked as an asset manager and was ultimately promoted to general manager for Mountain View Mall in Bend, OR. His local experience includes the redevelopment of Cascade Village Shopping Center and the management of 360 Bond Street.

Rutter holds a principal broker license in both Oregon and Washington states, membership to the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and he is completing the final steps of gaining the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. He graduated from Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon with a bachelor's degree in finance.
