The former Wal-Mart store at 2300 W. State Route 18 in Tiffin, OH, will have a new tenant as Rural King signed a lease to move into the 94,893-square-foot retail building.
Rural King is a "farm and home store" offering products such as livestock feed, farm equipment, lawn mower, tools, housewares and toys. It has 55 stores across the Midwest.
Bobby Benjamin with Goodman Real Estate Services LLC represented the tenant. This is the fourth Rural King deal brokered by Goodman Group within Ohio.
