Colliers International is expanding its full-service brokerage with the recent hiring of Skip Rotticci, CCIM as associate vice president for its new multifamily sector.
Rotticci was previously director of acquisitions at Evergreen Housing Development Group and COO of Costa Pacific Communities. In addition, he brings extensive experience working with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), having previously served as the founding chairman of the ULI Oregon/SW Washington District Council, and as the founding chairman of the ULI Transit Oriented Development National Product Council. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member, (CCIM).
