Icom America, Inc., a communications equipment and products company, purchased the flex facility at 12421 Willows Rd NE in Kirkland, WA from Rosen-Harbottle
Commercial Real Estate for $8.45 million, or about $117 per square foot.
The 72,082-square-foot office/warehouse building was constructed in 1986 on four acres. It was 77 percent occupied at the time of sale. Icom America plans to eventually consolidate its local operations there by January 2014.
Chad Waldbaum of Rosen-Harbottle handled the deal in-house for the seller, while Gregg Riva of Colliers International represented the buyer.
