Rockefeller Group Hires Goldfarb to Lead Mid-Atlantic Expansion

New SVP and Regional Development Officer Responsible for Growing New York City Firm's Development Portfolio
March 2, 2018
Rockefeller Group has hired former Bozzuto Development Co. senior vice president Hilary Allard Goldfarb to spearhead the company's expansion into the Mid-Atlantic region.

As senior vice president and regional development officer, Goldfarb will look to build on the company's 17 million-square-foot development portfolio through the sourcing of multifamily, office and mixed-use projects in the Mid-Atlantic. She will be based in the firm's new Washington, D.C. office at 1025 Connecticut Ave.

At Bozzuto, Goldfarb oversaw the development of multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. She also previously served as development director at private full-service real estate company, ProMark Real Estate.

Goldfarb holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton University and a Master's Degree in urban planning from Harvard's Graduate School of Design.

Rockefeller Group is a New York City-based company that develops, owns and invests in large-scale mixed-use development. This past August, the firm disclosed it had entered into a joint venture with The Meridian Group to co-develop the new 20-story, 437,000-square-foot Boro Tower going up within Meridian's 4.2 million-square-foot The Boro mixed-use development in Tysons Corner.

Currently, Rockefeller Group has approximately $3 billion in industrial, office and mixed-use projects in its U.S. development pipeline.
