Robert Half International, a leading business services firm specializing in staffing services, signed a new lease for 38,026 square feet at SL Green's 125 Park Ave. in New York City.
The 26-story, 709,600-square-foot, class A office tower was built in 1923 between East 41st and 42nd Streets in Manhattan's Grand Central submarket. The York and Sawyer-designed building is best known for its architecturally detailed exterior with sweeping arches just steps from nearby Grand Central Terminal.
Daniel Levine, David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Brian Waterman and Jonathan Tootell with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord along with in-house representatives Ashley Gee, David Kaufman and Cryder Bancroft with SL Green Realty Corp. Hal Stein and Neil Goldmacher with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.
