Rite-Hite Holding Corp., a manufacturer of loading dock and industrial door safety products, signed a 13-year lease for 203,595 square feet at the DeSoto Distribution Center in Horn Lake, MS.
The 427,595-square-foot warehouse at 601 Expressway Drive is in the De Soto Industrial submarket. Built in 1972, the warehouse features one-drive-in bay, and 56-loading docks.
Rite-Hite's lease brings the building to full occupancy. Sporting goods manufacturer Asics Corp. leased the other portion of the facility in May.
