Rich Uncles Pays $15.5M for Nashville Flex Bldg.

Private Investor Sells Fully Leased Bldg. III at the Metropolitan Airport Center

The Class B, 87,230-square-foot Building III at the Metropolitan Airport Center industrial park in Nashville, TN

Costa Mesa, CA-based Rich Uncles REIT, a crowd-investing platform that aims to make direct real estate investment available to the masses, purchased a 87,230-square-foot flex building at the Metropolitan Airport Center industrial park in Nashville, TN from a Beverly Hills, CA-based private investor. Building III sold for $15.5 million, or about $178 per square foot.

The single-tenant building at 2931 Elm Hill Pike is leased to Cummins, a company that designs, manufactures, sells and services diesel engines and related technology around the world. The Class B, single-story structure was built in 2001 on more than five acres, less than two miles from the Nashville International Airport.

Chris Jackson, Todd Lorber and Devin McClendon with NAI Nashville represented the seller.
