Urban Offerings, Meridian Group Convert Former Bow Truss Industrial Into Office Property
Urban Offerings Inc. and Meridian Group Ltd earned the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Gold certification for the renovation of its office building at 3641 Holdrege Ave. in Culver City, CA.
Formerly a bow truss industrial property constructed in 1955, the owners performed a core and shell renovation to create the new one-story, 28,925-square-foot office structure in the Culver City submarket of Los Angeles, near both the Culver City Park and the Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area.
Renovations at the property include a "cool"’ roofing system, recycling of building and demolition materials, as well as solar power elements and high efficiency HVAC units. The property now contains dedication parking spaces for high efficiency vehicles.
