Rendina Cos. named Robert Neyland as chief investment officer (CIO) in its Dallas office. His new responsibilities will include evaluating acquisition opportunities in targeted markets throughout the country and further enhancing the company’s relationships with leading healthcare systems, hospitals and lenders.
Neyland has more than 25 years of experience in finance and healthcare real estate services. He has previously worked for Montecito Property Co., Proventus Healthcare and Santa Barbara Medical Innovations, and cofounded Montecito Medical Investment Co. in 2005, which went on to purchase and sell more than 1.5 million square feet of medical office space
throughout the country.
Neyland earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas.
