This brings the tenant's total occupancy to 35,580 square feet at the Malkin Properties-owned location. As one of the largest accounting and consulting firms in the New York tri-state area, O'Connor Davies plans to lease trough 2024.
The five-story, 285,000-square-foot
office building is located south of the Hutchinson River Parkway and north of I-95. The building provides amenities such as an upgraded fitness center and tenant-only shuttle service to the Mamaroneck train station.
Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president, along with Kimberly Zaccagnino and Tara Long, senior leasing associates, with Malkin Properties represented the landlord in-house. John McCarthy of McCarthy Associates brokered the deal for the tenant.
