Red Rock Capital LLC, a Hawaii-based investment company, acquired two office buildings at 6140 and 6180 Brent Thurman Way in Las Vegas, NV from US Bank for $3.1 million, or about $42 per square foot.
The two-story office buildings are partially completed in the Copper Pointe Business Park at the southeast corner of Patrick and the 215 Beltway in the Southwest Las Vegas submarket of Clark County. Each building is 37,123 square feet for a total RBA of 74,246. Both buildings are in shell condition, according to CoStar information.
