Realty Income Corp Acquires Greenwood Springs for $8.1M

Gander Mountain Bldg Trades Hands

Indigan, Inc. sold the Gander Mountain building at 1049 N. Emerson Ave. in Greenwood, IN to Realty Income Corporation for $8.14 million, or about $130 per square foot.

The 62,707-square-foot, big-box retail building was constructed in 2006 on seven acres in the Greenwood submarket of Johnson County, part of the 400,000-suare-foot, WalMart-anchored Greenwood Springs shopping center at the southeast corner of County Line Road.

Gander Mountain Company operates the nation's largest retail network of stores for hunting, fishing, camping, and marine products and accessories. There are 127 Gander Mountain stores in 24 states occupying around 6.9 million square feet of retail.

Steven Timmel, Jeffrey Johnston, Christopher Prosser, Janice Paine, and Brian Knapp with Colliers International represented the seller.
