Jones Lang LaSalle named Trevor Ragsdale, SIOR as the head of its Chicago industrial brokerage group, a fresh new role that will concentrate on growing the firm’s market share.
Ragsdale has been with JLL since 2001. He has been involved in more than 190 projects all over the world, adding up to more than 33 million square feet and valued in excess of $1.5 billion.
The company also announced that Steve Trapp, a 20-year veteran broker in the Chicago-area industrial real estate sector, joined the firm. He will be part of JLL’s North Suburban Industrial Team in the role of senior vice president.
Trapp has spent the last 10 years with Cushman & Wakefield and before that with both Insignia ESG and Grubb & Ellis.
