RKF, a leading independent real estate firm in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services, announced two promotions in its New Jersey office. Industry veteran Glenn Beyer has been promoted from managing director to senior managing director, while Conor O'Hara was promoted from canvasser to associate.

His retail clients include Visionworks, Five Guys Burger and Fries, Doctors Express, Barcelona Wine Bar, Oritani Bank, Moxie Blowdry & Beauty Bar, and Mara's Cafe & Bakery.

Through his hard work and canvassing efforts, O'Hara has developed a deep knowledge of the Northern and Central New Jersey markets. In his new role as associate, O'Hara is currently marketing several properties on behalf of owners, including 15 Grand Avenue in Englewood and 401 South Avenue West in Westfield.
O'Hara earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New Jersey and is a member of ICSC.
With these promotions, Barry Fishbach, executive vice president at RKF, commented, "New Jersey, like much of the tri-state area, is seeing a boom in development projects and in turn, new demand from retailers entering the market. Our business has grown consistently since we opened our New Jersey office in 2009; our network has expanded and our agency and tenant relationships are strong, due in large part to the talented team we have in place. We look forward to continuing to assist our clients with their real estate needs throughout the Garden State."
