QualComm Inc. completed its 40,672-square-foot expansion deal at 8045 Arco Corporate Drive in Brier Creek Corporate Center in Raleigh, NC.
The five-story, 127,522-square-foot, Class A
office building is in the RTP/RDU submarket and was constructed in 2006. The property, known as Building IV, is now 100 percent leased. The firm fully occupies the neighboring property at 8041 Arco Corporate Drive and will increase its Brier Creek
office space from 127,522 square feet to 147,197 square feet.
Oracle, an international software company, also leased 19,675 square feet at 8081 Arco Corporate Drive, a 121,388-square-foot office structure known as Building VI. It is now 93 percent occupied.
John Daly at CBRE represented Qualcomm. Sam DiFranco of Cresa Raleigh represented Oracle. Joe Dye of American Asset Corp. (AAC) Realty represented the landlord internally.
